Speaking at the Kinondoni Cemetery in Dar es Salaam while visiting the tomb of late Steven Kanumba today on Saturday, December 16, 2017, Ramsey, said Kanumba left the stage where his successful star was the first to start starring and that every time he remembered what he had done together, they do not believe that they will never see him again in his life
Ramsey visited the country to attend the Youth Recovery Festival under the Sahara Company, a festival held at Dar es Salaam University (UDSM), on Thursday.
In the tomb he was accompanied by the late mother of Kanumba, Flora Trap, the lateest, Seth Bosco, film artists and fans of late Kanumba.
Ramsey is the first Nigerian artist making a film with a Tanzanian musician where they made Moses and Devil's Kingdom an integral part of Bongo Movie and Nollywood, creating a solid relationship between the two countries in the film industry.
Kanumba died on April 7, 2012 after a controversy broke out between her and her former partner, acting as Michael Elizabeth 'Lulu'. The sister is currently serving for two years in jail after being kidnapped and unintentionally killing Kanumba.
